RE:LGC FDP drill Results to date indicate that the deposit contains economic ore. Most Joe Street investors who invest in junior, mining stocks Are looking for bonanza grade deposits. They typically don't understand that large Low-grade bulk deposits typically are more stable, have a longer life and are more significant producers than narrow vein gold deposits with short lives..
Here in lies the opportunity to bulk up (pun intended) on stock of LGC. It appears to me that they have a terrific land position with many occurrences of low-grade bulk Discoveries.
mixed in with those are a few high-grade bonanza occurrences. In my opinion, it's just a matter of time and drilling off the metres to prove that there are sizeable economic deposits on the property.
I see it still as a buying opportunity at the current price. I hope management can control dilution of the stock by raising funds at higher levels so they can keep on drilling for the next two years. They need to drill off many of the low-grade bulk areas they found. I expect over the next two years. This company will be worth 1-2 billion.
The majors will eventually take it out before they turn it into a mine. A four bagger would be Disappointing. A 10 bagger is more in led with my expectations. A 20 bagger would be life altering for all of us.
