RE:RE:RE:TUO ValuationHighper et al, I think in terms of the project being sold as a whole as you suggest, and the aquirer may end up being a consortium of Barrick, Newmont, Agnicro Eagle Ect, and probably best if they aquire us with stock in taxable account and cash in a nontaxable/tax deferred account. If purchased for stock or cash, it has been suggested that the consortium would want to control the NSR and thus may well pay for it with stock or cash. The question then becomes if holding a lot more of a dividend paying capitally sound and strong company like Newmont is better than having stock in Newco ( the spunout company that might retain the NSR. The obvious benefit to Newco (Dino) is he would control the cash flow stream and get to do what he wants with it, vs the cash flow stream being directly in the hands of the stockholders of Newmont ( us as new shareholders and a lot more stock if NSR included in the transaction) and then receiving dividends and potential of capital growth and benefits of direct ownership of gold production in a world gone crazy vs stock in a company that would hope to find more gold. I know which way I would like it to go. WW
