The Company's Treaty Creek property covers an area of approximately 17,913 hectares.

Don’t forget that SEA is only allowed to do some preliminary work at the tunnel portal on their claims in the center of Treaty Creek and not on Tudor claims around the portal. Access surface road to the portal on Tudor claims is allowed but Tudor have the right to used it as it become a public road on crown land. The road will have to be rerouted if it’s interfering with Tudor activities.
