RE:Short positions

RE:Short positionsWell actually there is someone trying to do something about it.  I know I can't but there
is a group working on this issue.  Terry Lynch has a group trying to start a 1 billion $
class action lawsuit over naked short trading in Canada.  Naked shorting targets small
cap stocks like OMG.   Its illegal and against our securities regulations but goes on
unchecked in our small cap markets.   I only know there are allegations at this point
but when I see how OMG is trading after delivering extremely positive news,  it does
make me think there may be real substance to those allegations and the class action
suit itself.   Naked shorting destroys fundamental value and robs money from investors
because of its unfair and criminal nature.  The don't have to borrow stock to short,
they don't have to report and their trades are not cleared through the system like yours
and mine.  Yet they happen and have devastating consequences to our markets.
