Why would Tinley merge with Emergent?
That's ridiculous.

The company is already merging with Blaze, how is this not obvious?

The previous ceo of blaze is on Tinley's BOD.
The current ceo of Blaze is on Tinley's BOD.
The company moved their business to BLH facility.
Management just oversubscribed to the recent PP.
Blaze acquired more shares via recent PP, instead of taking cash they preferred shares. 

Tinley mentioned they were exploiting M&A when the BLH partnership & non-payment loan for 5 years was announced in June 2022. 

I think it's fairly obvious, but anything is possible I suppose.
