Metallic Minerals Corp MMNGF

Primary Symbol: V.MMG

Metallic Minerals Corp. is a resource-stage mineral exploration company, focused on copper, silver, gold, and platinum group elements in the North American mining jurisdictions. The Company's projects include La Plata, Keno Silver and Alluvial Royalties. The La Plata project covers approximately 44 square kilometers (km2) within the historic high-grade La Plata mining district located at the southwest end of the prolific Colorado Mineral Belt. Mineralization is related to a large-scale precious metals plus platinum group element (PGE) porphyry copper system with associated high-grade silver and gold epithermal vein and replacement deposits. The 100%-owned Keno Silver project consists of around 171 Km2 adjacent to Hecla Mining’s mining operations in the historic Keno Hill Silver District of Canada's Yukon Territory. Its Alluvial Royalties include Australia Creek Royalty and Dominion Creek Alluvial Royalty. It owns a 100% interest in the McKay and Silver Hill properties (55 km2).

Negotiating with Newmont

Negotiating with Newmont
Jim,I sense that Dr. Enders now serving MMG as a director is both timely and critically essential to La Plata,MMG and our future returns as shareholders.
He served on the corporate side negotiating deposits/projects acquisitions for Newmont and Phelps Dodge.
He directed a copper junior as they were acquired by a major.
He guided/secured financing for a massive copper exploration project into production.

Enders has operated at the highest levels and can accurately be referred to as mining royalty.
He will assist in the financing that is now critical to forward La Plata  without excessive dilution / negotiating with Newmont.
Enders has the proven ability and skillset to forward La Plata without Newmont so that should prove to be interesting in the next NR or two.

"Steve’s depth of technical experience in exploration and development of major copper and gold deposits and mines worldwide with companies such as Newmont and Phelps Dodge, along with his hands on entrepreneurial experience in high-growth opportunities is a terrific addition to our board’s current expertise in deposit discovery and advancement, process engineering, mine building and PROJECT FINANCING .”
MMG CEO/Chairman Greg Johnson

Finally,it is well worth noting that both MMG Director Dr. Enders (BSc / Colorado School of MInes geological engineering  degree) and MMG President Scott Petsel (Durango geology degree) both received their geological degrees in Colorado.

La Plata has to be forwarded with minimum dilution and drilled consistently for years into the future. That will separate itself from the gyrating price of metals with constant discovery, ongoing, consistent returns through resource growth with endless drilling and resultant NR's.

That is what MMG is on the cusp of with La Plata and Dr. Enders is a brilliant  hire at the precise and even crucial time.
