Calibre Mining Corp. is a Canadian mid-tier gold producer. great inteview - though from what you got out of it, it sounds like you are looking for a date. 

Financing was great - please forecast where things will be a month from now with your crystal ball.  you are crying about minor difference in hindsight.  clean deal - no warrants.

As i said for years and took some flak because of those saying great managment experience at MOZ and they could build it, "Explorers make terrible miners".  his comments of building " a rolls royce vs a VW rabbit" is telling.  

If things stay well in Central America, this definitely was the best scenerio for MOZ shareholders to move forward and rid themselves of inept management.
