RE:RE:RE:1year!
Im sure that if you drilled into it that if CEO Jeff could have sold the development for $79 million he definitely would have. Id guess theres a zero percent chance that this development will ever generate that amount, despite what economic studies will say. You have to think about the comment that was loosely said as we could go after the Puerto Rican Gov for the $9 USD ($13 cad) per share judgement on Montalva, but we prefer to build the project. If the CEO is not pursuing judgements like that or selling their all in $3m or so investment in Sage for $79m then Im not sure you can trust him to make deals that are best for shareholders. What about smart glass about 5 years ago that was supposed to generate tens of millions of revenues..I dont think it generated $1 in revenue. Digging back into this, I see a lot of bullish guidance made in the last couple years with zero dollars for shareholders. If I were a shareholder I wouldnt want CEO talking about what their business parts are worth, or future dividends, and instead show me the money. I was patient about four or five years ago and thank god I sold cause its still crickets and a lot of wait until we close this deal. When shareholders started to get restless years ago, we used to see fluffy news releases from GRB that went nowhere. Looks similar today Best of luck to shareholders but I wouldnt hold my breath! Play safe and know what you own.
