My point is that there has been no discernible difference in how this stock trades since it was delisted from the TSX. Go back to the posts from December. There was alot of hoopla about how once we were off the TSX, there would be much less manipulation, there would be much greater volume, and the share price would reflect the true value of the company. None of this has happened. That's my only point. I think it's great the company saved itself the cost of a dual listing but it was always BS to think this stock would somehow magically be perceived differently by investors just by delisting from the TSX.
snootchy, I understand and agree with the points you are making. Regardless of what exchange Viemed has or is now trading on, the stock price is not performing based on the financial results this company continues to post quarter over quarter.
The company rarely puts out news, other than announcing the up coming financial reports. Typically the SP rallies for a couple of days, and the usual pullback occurs, just like we have seen again. In my view the investment interest hasn't really change for VMD since delisting from the TSX. The company is presenting at the LD Microcap conference this week in Newyork.
I would have to assume that Casey and Todd are not happy about the current stock price, or the same trading pattern which has been going on for quite sometime. The question remains, what do they intend to do about it? LongTerm3 is correct the SP could jump up a dollar on small volume, however it could also pullback another dollar on small volume. So far we are not off to a good start this Monday morning.
It puzzles me after listening to the CC's and analyst's comments about the company performance, and yet here we have been and here we still are trading at an under valued stock price. It is also frustrating when I have heard from certain analyst's that Viemed is a boring company to own. I have been a shareholder for a very long time, I must admit that looking at a $16 dollar share price again looks miles away.
