Doubt we get there. While StageZero may qualify for CCAA based on total liabilities, I do not see shareholders voting to approve it (if it even gets to that point). Don't forget that a significant amount of the liabilities are compensation related and the company has access to funding. Plus any competent Monitor looking at this would see right through JHT's BS.
