Certainly buyouts at 100% premium have happened in the past, but it seems far fetched and that they are trapped by stated NAV being so relatively high.. it would create too much liability that could probably be considered a pretty clear breach of fiduciary duty in my eyes.. But maybe 10 is enough to satisfy most shareholders as the weighted shareholders average price must be around that or lower by now..
