Nope. There are no signs that he can generate that kind of business and profitability to get the stock to a fair valuation of $3+ and nobody will jump on any of his over optimistic and selective disclosure. Once a CEO burns investors, that is very difficult to shake off. And unfortunately there are no signs that he would ever be replaced to start KNR anew. All his remaining loud fans are probably hoping that they can trade this thing for a nickel or dime on what he tweets and help with pumping it. Not going to work I think.
