They usually report insider sells/buys within a week

There has not been any reported Insider sales fom anyone for quite a while. That does not mean that there has not recently been any. You will have to wait a few more weeks to see if anything appears. Some times those larger foreign entities really drag their heels. Also, if this is all part of a larger iceberg sell order, then they would not need to make daily fractional progress reports.
