My first thought is Tiger K, a Korean banker that hates Western invovment is a possible bad guy.
Can  he set up a European investor base with no conection to Korea ?
Very bad history with this one starting in the Woulfe Mining Corp days to the Almonty days.
Of course this is just a thought.
