Strange!!!...NEO Exchange has not Halted Trading!!!It is strange that NEO exchange has not halted or forced company to make an announced news release to markets to explain stock movement with its high volume and price drop by 25% today....WHY, has this not occurred??...BECAUSE.....you know WHY....
