Irwin Simon - VOTED as CEO of Tilray

Each year shareholders can vote to maintain or remove members of the Board. Irwin was the CEO of Aphria and when they merged with Tilray it was Irwin who was selected to head up the new / combined operation.

If you care to vote against him then go ahead. Only Long Position shares have the ability to vote on things and those holding Long Shares are in approval as per last voting results.
