RE:An email from Crux to this NFG board - complete with emailWell , EK, I recall maybe a year ago, Crux posted on the CEO board that they weren't short NFG. ...and they singled me out in that post, too.
I thought that was very strange to single out one poster.
I've been very careful NOT to claim that Crux is the main Short, or even A short against NFG these past many many months.
Who and why someone or some groups of people are short NFG remains a mystery. Is the Short position based upon conviction that NFG is overvalued, that they really do not have a great discovery? Or, is the Short positions purpose to try to push the stock price down in hopes of negotiating the lowest BUY IN or BUY OUT offer, thus Big Gold behind the Short position.
But, Crux has been very negative on NFG ever since I ever heard of them.
So, increasingly, with all the progress NFG has made, it appears that Crux negativity on NFG, may well have been wrong, even very very wrong.
I didn't even read Crux's last 'investment analysis' of NFG..
Reading posts of other posters on CEO, Crux's 'analysis' was negative, and some posters dismissed this analysis in quite a derogatory manner. I recall at least one post by another poster on CEO that laughingly dismissed Crux's 'investment analysis' of NFG, as well as being laughingly dismissive of Crux itself.
One question is WHY is Crux focused on this issue, asserting they are NOT SHort NFG?...And WHY highlight me?......My posting has been quite subdued these past months....and I don't even recall even mentioning Crux.
I'm even willing to listen to some of Crux's interviews of gold stock CEOs, though I've only done this a couple times.
I'm not even sure the Short position is a huge factor at this point. Especially if more great progress is made by NFG with Deep Drilling, AND gold remains so strong, which appears close to being a done deal.
Whoever IS Short NFG is going to HAVE to COVER.... and that is more buying power propelling NFG up.
It is pretty clear, given the HUGE volume in NFG the last few days, that NFG has been on a lot of investors watch list.
Many investment professionals, who focus on gold and silver stocks, have come to believe that NFG is a spectacular company with tremendous potential and promise.
Below is an excerpt from a newsletter writer on gold stocks:
This is a very good report on the seismic work and the prospect drilling targets for NFG.
"
Now that they have the seismic data to help them target deeper to see if they have bonanza-grade gold mines like Goldcorp did and at the Fosterville mine they could be very close to absolutely hitting it out of the park with what could be the most important orogenic gold discovery ever found worldwide." This newsletter writer is NOT sponsored by NFG.
