This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

guys at top should take a cut

Let just say i think the guys at the top and all management should take a 30 percent hair cut . The shareholder of this company a get there legs cut out from there feet . . I think heads needed to roll . The middle management are not doing any thing to producess cash flow cut them out soon .
