RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:??? why are we drifting down so easily!! something is up! That's always the way it goes, isn't it? Don't know how many times I've tried to average down and get a bump for my troubles.
As to a merger, I just don't see the activity that would go go with something like that.
Mergers or buyouts are some of the worst kept secrets going. SP of a company anticipating a merger get significant bumps on huge volume.
More importantly, management of said company will go all out to inflate the share price- ad spends, NR's, media blitzes...anything to optimize share price before negotiations start.
Xtract is mired in SP stagnation. Before today, the NR's were non-existent. PR? Advertising? Media campaigns? Ha, not this company....
What we do have is a specific brokerage firm methodically and deliberately suppressing the SP by "500-ing" us to death.
If we merged or were bought out now. Federal investigators would follow that money. If it led to Evans, he would be led in chains to the crowbar hotel. If it was say, Evolv, the FTC would scuttle the deal and drop the hammer. If Evans was given some sort of sweetheart deal to offset his losses from the suppressed SP? Again handcuffs, crowbars hotel.
My honest opinion? Like Elvis said- we're caught in a trap and can't walk out. DHS delays, wilfully suppressed share price, and the NASDAQ is a bridge too far.
Until DHS finally happens, smoke 'em if you got 'em.
