The alt exchanges thing does not mean much, as their name implied they are just alternative exchange your broker may route your buy or sell order there if there's a better price. A lot of stocks trade even more on the alt exchanges nowadays than the old exchange. 
 
As for Kane, if they don't pull out a rabbit of their a$$ shortly we'll get back to .10 in a blink of an eye.
