Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Artis Selling Park 8Ninety Industrial for Cdn$320 million

Artis does not appear to have press released this yet but they have sold the Park 8Ninety industial complex in Houston for US$234million (Cdn$320 million) to one of KKR's investment funds. News was released by KKR yesterday. This is 1.8 million sq ft so around 13.5% of Artis Industrial Portfolio. Seems pretty significant to me. No indication on closing date of what the net cash to AX.UN will be after mortgage/finacing is paid out.
