RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Should have sold this garbage for the tax lossHarley103,

Haraeus Group principals were allowed by Hugues Jacquemin et al to unload Heraeus'
possibly previously written down Group Battery Materials Group, a "PorocarbTM" IP development license and what is not yet a commercially viable anode additive product (this after 10 years of apparently failed development) onto the sholders of NGC "minority equities investors.
It would perhaps be another 10 years of massive expenditures directed towards further developing
"PorocarbTM" into perhaps becoming an actual commercially viable product; and that certainly is not what Hugues Jacquemin et al (collectively "The Missionaries On Assignemnt") suggested for NGC "minority" equities investors at the time and since NGC purchased the now worth less so called assets and capabilities from Heraeus Group.
These so called assets are representative of another albatross being placed around the neck of Northern graphite Corporation; just as those commercially not profitably viable Okorusu, Namibia graphite material processing facility assets and a LDI graphite mine with a historical graphite deposit nearest to it's end of life.

If you haven't already spotted the repeated pattern and modus operandi here with Hugues Jacquemin, Geggory Bowes et al, you simply never will.
"Sprott" would likely have to be provided NGC shares at a 50% discount to book value to share price before said creditor invests anymore capital with NGC and Imerys SA principals are contented to keep their shares and far too high exercise priced warrants aside without having to invest a single dime into sustaining NGC or financing any of the fable like suggested plans Hugues Jacquemin, Geggory bowes et al merely claim to have on the go.

What we have here is a grouping of creditors seemingly ready to have NGC taken into a CCAA proceeding if need be; and the warning shot has already been fired above and straight over the heads of we NGC.V "minority" equities investors, this in the form of the recently filed preliminary shelf prospectus which would possibly have an "ATM" equity offering undertaken in order to raise up to $100 Million worth of capital for whatever long privately arranged for purpose deemed necessary by "The Missionaries On Assignment", a.k.a. Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq et al.

Here's the rinse and repeat of it all.
Heraeus Group is now yet another Northern Graphite Cororation "creditor", this after selling now clearly identified as worth less so called assets purchased by Hugues Jaquemin et al on behalf of
Northern Graphite Cororation.
Ask Hugues Jacquemin what the scheduled and already projected closing date for the LDI graphite mine is?
