PPP acquiring HPQ shares from Pyro April 10, 2024 late PM

Isn't that a steal of a deal? PPP abstained from voting, did he the other times? Should PPP not have recused himself instead as I've previously alluded to? Why didn't he inject funds directly into Pyro as he lastly did, he already has the moveable assets in check?? HPQ shares changing hands from Pyro to PPP from 62 cents --> 17.5 cents.
