Pyrogenesis' sales accounted for 19.3 % of all sales.

They didn't contribute to the stock's decline "in part", they contributed to it in a big way.

Now the CEO of PyroGenesis is buying it?

Sorry, I doubt very much this will go unnoticed by regulators.
