They need to create significant value if they want to raise capital without significant dilution. If they start spending more for exploration and other R&D, they'll need cash pretty soon.
I think a 20-1 consolidation would bring the stock price to about 0.70 with just under 10M shares outstanding. Without big news, the price may drift down to 0.50-0.60 or just above the 0.40 cash value. A share price above 0.50 would make it a lot easier to raise more cash.
