Listening..

Listening..This post is a not a recommendation to buy or sell stock in any company. I do own a lot of shares in Ackroo as I own a lot of shares in Snipp. I am only telling you this story to help you understand the differences in leadership and how CEO's operate their companies.

I've followed Ackroo "AKR" for quite a while thru their ups and downs. I think it's been 4 years now. The CEO has been an open book about the challenges of having disagreements with the board, which eventually led to a changing of the board because their ideas did not align. Those are tough things. They got thru that and have a new board and with his strong leadership and honesty, they are in a very strong position today as a microcap. The majority of their revenue is recurring, margins are extremely high and they are doing all the right things to prepare for an exit. If you are interested they just did an update with smallcapdiscoveries and it's probably a great place to start and learn about what kind of leader and man he is.

Going back to when I first started researching Ackroo, the first thing that struck me was how honest he was about his early mistakes as a leader, some of the bad acquisitions which did not work out and all the other stuff that CEO's have to deal with. But thru it all, they are still doing small acquisitions and they are flourishing. He talks about revenue per employee, retention rates, recurring revenue, gross margins, EBITDA margins, he talks about all things that matter to the investor. I can't stop rooting for him to succeed because he tell investors everything and hides nothing.

Have you ever seen any of those important details and honest talk about acquisitions here? If you are objective, you already know the answer.

One leader is humble and honest and an open book. What more could you want from a CEO.
It's a great story that will probably have a great exit if things continue like they are but go listen and tell me if you don't find that refreshing compared to what we get here. He is also always available to talk or email as well.

Come back and tell me you don't find that refreshing. There is not a more stark contrast than these two companies and how they are lead.
