Super, it is always good when possible reward is much greater than risk. Especially if the farm has no mortgage and the loss, if incurred, is something you can recover from fairly easily.
And you are not putting the money in a lottery. The chance that Pulsar will have success (my opinion only) is at least 50%. That is a lot better than many AIM and TSV shares. And extremely better than a lottery ticket with chance of powerball jackpot of 1 in 226 million, compared with chance of being killed by lightning strike this year of 1 in 222 million.
I am at a different life stage. I rely on my portfolio for income. I could not risk 50% on high risk investment/s.
