I personally don't like to speculate, if the financials continue to improve, the company continues to grow organically, and keep expanding as per their goals, it's the only thing I care about.

Doesn't matter where you look, people come and go for multiple reasons.

I like how it's being handled, make it public, put a lid on it and move on.

IMHO
