WHAT A SHAME WITH NI SUPPLY JUST 90 MILES OFF-SHORE...The US has chosen to support the Philippines in terms of Ni processing which is roughly 8000 miles away.  MEANWHILE, 90 miles away in Cuba lies an operating Ni mine with class 1 Ni managed by Sherritt International.  I wonder why?  VerificateASAP, aka Mr. V, couldn't answer that question could he?
