Breaking New - 2nd directors resigned following FEB 8 AGM

Breaking New - 2nd directors resigned following FEB 8 AGM

The resignation of Josh Howard as Director, closely following the departure of ex-director Shaun Power and with a third director reportedly tendering it's resignation, significantly compounds the concerns surrounding Ciscom Corp.'s board stability and governance. This sequence of resignations could suggest critical underlying issues with Ciscom Corp such as strategic misalignments, personal disagreements, or dissatisfaction with the board’s decisions, potentially indicating a crisis in leadership and governance.

Such series of departures not only disrupts the continuity and effectiveness of the board but also poses risks to investor confidence and the company’s strategic initiatives. The loss of multiple directors in quick succession might trigger a domino effect, leading to further instability as the company struggles to fill the vacuum created and maintain the momentum, which they never has, in its operations and strategic plans. Ciscom Corp only focused in fighting with the Concerned shareholder group besides bonusing themselves with options and shares at the expenses of all it's shareholders.
