Yes you can submit questions as I have tried to do in the past, and at the open AGMS they usually had up to almost an hour for shareholders to ask questions as i have been to almost everyone they had in Calgary but since they went virtual I cannot remember any more than maybe 3 questions being asked before they closed things down and they always seemed like planted questions such as manufacturing or other so not really much for shareholders....
Also of note which I think is a change from the past voting is now if you do not vote the company will then consider all those shares in favor of the motions....
