RE:They Prepping for a buyout?

RE:They Prepping for a buyout?
POU only sold 6 million shares and no one knows who bought them, but they did add 75 million to the balance sheet.

POU had 37.3 million shares of NVA, so they are left with 31.3 million shares. Which is still worth almost 400 million dollars.

POU did send a message to the market that the shares are for sale, and if someone want to talk about buying those shares, it time to come knocking.

POU has massive projects in the works with big resouces and they are not in play themselves, they are tighly held by faimly.
