Lots to consider before we vote our shares. Much depends on what Soleus and other large shareholders do. So, I have not decided and likely will not decide until the last minute. Last year's experience clearly resulted in a far less ideal outcome than we all hoped so it would be hard for that experience not to have an impact on this year's vote. But, if other large shareholders vote for the board then they will be reelected. And they probably will vote for them.
