It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Answer from Toptaxexpert (aka Matlas):
No, to me it is a sign that BO is coming very soon, and they wanted to give the usual F&F group that has bought the FT shares in the past" one last kick at the can". They get to buy more shares at about only 50% of market value when tax benefit factored in. LME does not need the $$$-they have many millions, and normally FT shares not issued this early in year. That is the only interpretation that makes sense to me. I would bet that BO will be announced some time in May.
