I agree with your assesment, as pertains to the Government of Canada Prime Minister et al simply faking the talk and certainly not walking the talk, so to speak; especially when it comes to directing "The Peoples of Canada" monies and other requisite supports toward "national economic security" importance kind and therefore national security importance kind of investments in critical elements bearing lands development and the necessary development of such lands into hosting critical elements (graphite, etc) mines.

As always, JT is waiting to be told - by his U.S. oligarch lieges and the people who actually call the shots within Canada, the U.S and Europe of course - that everything is prepared in "frontrunning" were it is precisely that JT is full well expected to direct "The Peoples of Canada" monies and supports toward having the designated become winners; as opposed to the designated losers.
