They DO NOT have the permit as it's based on this info they must produce...furthermore, according to Rudi, they have no idea where they're going because "Tudor is changing there plan of execution" So it's going to take us along time to figure our stuff out. JS, you nailed it: there's no JV anytime soon. Frankly, yes, Seabridge should be disclosing this to investors and future JV (I'm sure the Possible JVs are keenly aware)
Seabridge shareholders need to start asking specific question about this and not accept the used car salesman position, "it's all in the bag yardage yadda yardage" It simply is not. They do not have the permit to do the MTT through TC.
