For half of Val Marie they get C$25 million. The market cap of the company is C$39 million.
So the Stevelille operation and plant which is producing and selling five 9's helium (and will soon add food grade CO2, to the production and revenue stream), And Ogema (wells already drilled, waiting for completion and testing), and shallow Climax (wells drilled), and Cadillac, and Forty Fort, plus mutiple other prospects - PLUS the nazare at Climax which could be a discovery of a whole different scale and which someday will be tested with a horizontal well - ALL THAT is essentially free. The shares are very undervalued, especially since the $25 million give them capital to develop the next site and keep going on their growth plan.
