Most importantly Seabridge has not fulfilled the demands of the LoO and does not have the permit to MTT through TC. There's a reason they must first drill: before they get the permit: they must know the full picture FIRST...and then issue the permit.
JS, how could Tudor negotiate when our work is still going strong. It's an impossible request. Time...a lot of time: patience.
