RE:RE:RE:New Alpha Wolf interview just posted @Humanist, Peter actually had his tech guy (a former 14 year Raytheon employee) provide insight on the process. His perspective was from someone who had been through the process with another company (I don't think it was Raytheon)
He indicated the company he was working with at the time was much bigger and far more well known, and it took them three years. Further convinces me Bill Gates lined some wallets for an expedited approval for Evolv.
As to the reverse splits...firstly, I wanted to see someone put a ball gag on Mr Chachi Alpha Wolf, laughing off the retail investors about reverse splits. And what a terrible interviewer, always cutting Peter off and providing his unwanted, opinion. Painful.
Second, Evans articulated why a reasonable reverse split may be the only way to get on the NASDAQ. Case in point, the micro cap manipulation. Two sales NR's in the last week, great financials for the last three quarters, and we are still heading down. Can you imagine what it would take to get to 3 or 4 dollars US? Remember, the $3 US requirement is an exemption you have to apply for- we wouldn't necessarily get it.
I firmly believe at this point that a DHS announcement and some big NR's would not get us there in the short term. $4.00-$5.50 CAD for six months? On this hillbilly exchange? We would need several more quarters of amazing financials and buy in from institutional investors. Achieving those goals is going to take 1-2 years minimum.
If we get chugging along in the $1.50 to $2.00 range and maintain it? Maybe then a 2- or 3-to-1 RS makes sense.
But we need to have everything firing, for the long haul, to survive on the big board. We only get one shot.
