RE:RE:Sold my whole holdings at 1.91DB - time will tell the rest of the story --- as Paul Harvey would say --- but i suspect this post won't age well.
Not sure your point --- so we are bascially flat over the prior 2 weeks but market is fully taking into account the offering and an added $40M in cash (or about $0.2 a share)...
As i mentioned to Sandeep yesterday in our call ---- i can only imagine what buying $1M a day on the open market for 40 days in a row would do to stock price----- an easy double! Point being....agree we are flat since you dumped...but we are in a much stronger position.
As Sandeep correctly stated....the key is to have enough cash on hand but not too much. I can only imagine at the time of serious negotions in a buyout --- having $65M in cash on hand will give WRN a market cap of X....but using $45M of that to buy up stock and have $20M in cash is probably 2-3X market cap in WRN's case. If stock only dropped $0.13 /share and we have $0.2 /share added in coffers...i'd think a good deal .Probably should have went for $80M and set aside $40M of that to strategically burn short sellers or the donkey penny flippers.....
