Fundamental reason? Market cap. Significantly less shares outstanding at that time. Equivalent today I think would be somewhere between $1 and $1.50.
But yes, the real revenues much higher today than at that time, it is just that the potential was greater with potential mass rollout of the TNoX $5 million applications...I would say the imagination adding up to quite a bit more than our unknown 26 PDAs. And quite a few potential mega projects....before the collapse of the financial markets 2009ish.
The world however is more ready today to put some $ besides just talking about environmental concerns.
