Also, Soleus did file with the SEC as an activist shareholder indicating a potential interest in influencing the company through their activism. Now, I will believe Soleus would actually act in an activist manner when I see it since they invest in a lot of small companies and likely do not want a reputation as an activist investor. There is nothing in the public arena which suggests they have taken any action yet which comports with their potential activism.
So, my best guess is they vote in favor of management at the AGM, even if they are not happy with them (and how could they be happy with them as they have suffered similar losses as the rest of us). It is just not typical for institutional investors to vote against management unless their fund was expressly organized for that purpose.
Still, Soleus did file to be an activist with the SEC, so there is clearly some chance they may be looking to do something. I believe someone here pointed out that the new large shareholder might be friends of Soleus and may have had a more activist approach? So, maybe something is up, but as I said, I will beleive it whenI see it. And if they are planning on doing something at the AGM, they need to reveal themselves as having such intentions very soon.

Soleus is not known as an Activist shareholder and this is probably the reason that Zwick 's nomination was not announced as a Soleus nominee even though I think he was nominated as a result of discussions between Thtx and Soleus...and Soleus may have signed an NDA
