RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PpI did speak with Matthew Peraton on this once. I was certainly tempted to go with the PP, but decided against it since I already have more shares than prudent investment calls for. If you look at it, You invest 100K shares @0.18 and get 100 K warrants to acquire 100 K shares, that is valid for 5 years. You sell the 100K shares as soon as you are eligible to sell at the market price and get your money back. Hold on to only the warrants to buy 100K shares at 0.35 if I remember correct that is good till 5 years. TLT by all counts is bound to hit $ 2 level within the next 5 years. That is a great deal. Neverthless, I declined it in the end.
