Also acknowledged they initially went after a DTOD designation, which was totally inappropriate considering they were already in production and selling, but that is water under the bridge.
Also indicated DHS approval was now just a matter of waiting on signatures. Fairly concrete that the process is completed, and no more substantive delays.
And that Joshua guy wasn't sitting in on that interview because he was handsome and had a nice singing voice. Experience with joint ventures, big tech innovation, DHS and the "R" word.. That might be a careful plant by Evans. Have a look at that guy's CV. He's a bit of a big deal.
I can guarantee his appearance had a lot of competitors saying "what the hell is Evans up to?"
Reverse splits? Yep, totally sucks the wide open aperture. But you have seen the tomfoolery going on in the TSX. We could be years before we hit 4-5 bucks CAD for six straight months. If Xtract goes into it with rock solid financials, a huge pipeline and a balanced score sheet (or better) we survive on the big board, so less of a concern how we got there.
And I firmly believe that 200 school reference wasn't just an example for arguments sake. Xtract clearly needs money for big league contracts. So ok, I'm cool with that.
And I wouldn't get too worked up about "working capital and general purposes" that's standard legalese, and it includes budgeting for manufacturing and supply. Evans doesn't want to telegraph to competition we need dough for massive contracts- as he himself said in the interview -the less the competition knows, the better...let them chase their tails trying to play the pricing game. Same applies for what we use an offering for.
Now, everyone, take a step back and look at this board. See what a little transparency and new info to chew on can do for morale? We all have some stuff we can sink our teeth into, and perish the though, get along!
I can definitely say that while it is not all sunshine and rainbows, these actions show that big things are really starting to get set in motion.
Wind is up, sails are full, becalmed no more.
