How does this price make sense?

How does this price make sense?Why is this stock trading at .68 cents when there is a bought deal for .62 that INCLUDES a 24 month warrant at 80 cents? This either one of the most incorrectly priced bought deal i have seen or there is rampant speculaiton in this stock that isn't really warranted.
