Reply to ParamountPessimism is understandable given management's track record.

There are many outstanding warrants that insiders have that would become ITM (In The Money) if the SP rises to 14-15 cents CAD, and then Mercuria's 100 million warrants @ 26 cents CAD.

Those warrants can then be exercised (the funds go directly to the company). It makes sense why these Market makers are keeping a chokehold on the shareprice to avoid retail wondering why possible ITM warrants aren't being exercised to further fund Nevada Copper. Right now the SP is a few pennies from the next closest strike price. Well done @ insiders - You keeping this SP at near all time lows is the opportunity of retail to buy at these ridiculous prices. This activity by Marketmakers strongly suggests to me and my research that insiders have sold or are planning their exit.

In light of the recent MDA disclosing the exclusive agreement that insiders have with potential buyer(s), the original insiders are selling / have sold and it's a matter of time (imo) that retail's shares will be bought out as well.

Again, the most underrated best news for this company...
