RE:Holding of shsres by Li

RE:Holding of shsres by Li

LI is having issues with keeping their share price above the threshold required to keep their listing on the NASDAQ exchange.

In the recent Rock Stock Channel interview, Mr Harris stated (25:50) that LI had been approached to provide $ 7,000,000 to $ 8,000,000 (assumption - USD through exercise of their NILI warrants) of the $ 25 to $ 30 million 2025 NILI operation budget.

I was surprised to learn of this planned funding, as my understanding was that (a) LI had their own issues, and that (b) LI had received 17,900,000 NILI warrants ( exerciseable at $ 0.55 CDN) as part of their investment in NILI on June 1, 2023. Note that NILI is currently trading at $ 0.39 CDN.

I am not too concerned as a NILI shareholder, because I assume that there will be other large investors interested in purchasing the NILI shares and warrants directly from LI, and that it would be unlikely that LI would start selling their NILI shares and warrants on the open market.
