This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

The company of BCE is missing what the company was build on . The old guard would take care of customers at all cost and keep a loyaly customer for years . They could count on good customer service now the only thing is the ex and management getting bonus is all they worry about . The stock is down about 35 % should be no bonus given for a poor job .They have lost how to run a company of service is what people pay for . the LETS Talk is just a smoke screen !!
