You are missing the beauty of the NSR!! It survives everything! Dilution, sale of project, project bankruptcy etc!!!!!!
No one knows how much money will be sunk into TC before we get to a productiont DECISION, let along production!!!! If you look at AR as an example, 95% of the equity got wiped out between the production decisiona and production. But the NSR lost NOTHING! Waves of equity are often effectively wiped out time and again on projects that DO make it to production..........but NSR stay above the fray. this is why non-produciong juniros often trade at 10% of NPV yet royalty companies trade at premiums to their NPVs!
Ive stated many times, the gold is there. But it will take an enourmous amount of time and money to figure out how to get that gold out economically. And economics aside, the logistics involved are astounding. The NSR is a win win - ESPECIALLY WHEN WE GOT IT FOR FREE (small value attached to it now, but a mere 6 months ago it was )
As you know, I think TUD will have at least 50% more shares outstanding before a production decision is made. Possibly alot more than that. If there's a takeout, everybody's happy. But if funding requirements kick in for ALL 3 amigos is tough junior resource market, the dilution avalanche could hit us pretyy hard..........but not the NSR!

Larry I find it hilarious that you keep banging the NSR drum on TUO while continually bashing TUD.....that NSR is worth NOTHING without a production decision...you can't have it both ways....either TUD is going to go to production and activate the NSR for TUO, or you DONT think it's going to happen, in which case the NSR you value so much is actually worthless...which is it?
