RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Streak?!?!?!I hear you Robi.

BUt basically gettin the NSR for free.

I think the NSR will get sold when there is better visibility on production or be spun out as the anchor of a pure play royalty company.  Will we get to realize full value of NSR???  Probably not unless it is sold and proceeds are paid out as a special dividend.  But as I said, pretty much gettin it for free right now.  When I was buildin my position in TUO, it was more than free ie TUO was traded at big discount to just its piece of TC.

Robizounskin wrote: Hi Larry, you are saying (You are missing the beauty of the NSR!!  It survives everything!  Dilution, sale of project, project bankruptcy etc!!!!!!) but to enjoy the benefit of the NSR you have to keep your TUO shares for at least 10 to 15 years from now and hope that Dino will release some dividend to share holders out of those NSR income, and that income will be coming only little by little year after year until the mine close, so you are stock to keep and not selling your TUO shares for years.  I’ll rather want to sell or cashing all my gain after the transaction with a major and enjoy my money before I’m getting too old.  Unless TUO spinout the NSR of Treaty Creek to a different company then this will be reflected in the TUO shares value, but TUO is very vague about the details of their spinout right now.
